After the demo, setup is usually completed within 1-3 business days. You can bulk upload your dealers and products via Excel. No technical knowledge is required.

The user logs into the mobile panel through a web browser. They earn points by scanning QR codes, create material quotes, and send them as PDF via WhatsApp or SMS. Location is captured automatically.

A unique QR code is defined for each product or product group. These QR codes are printed and attached to product packaging. When scanned by the user, the system loads points automatically and marks the QR as single-use.

The administrator defines dealer locations and sets a specific radius in meters. A dealer cannot scan a QR while within its own restricted area — this is an automatic security layer that prevents abuse.

In the starter plan, you can work with 1 dealer. In the enterprise plan, there is no limit — hundreds of dealers and thousands of users are supported.

Yes. All data is stored securely and access is controlled through authorization. Super admin, admin, and user roles have separate permission levels.
